|Product:||Horizontal Pulper||Material:||SS304, SS316L|
|Usage:||Paper Pulp Making Machine|
Horizontal pulper is designed for pulping of wet and dry broke from paper and cardboard machines. It comprises pulping chest, horizontally arranged pulping elements with bearing and driving unit.
The HB pulpers are designed and delivered according to the given paper sort, paper web width and PM performance. New rounded shape of the chest increases the pulping process efficiency. A deflector, installed above the pulper rotor, prevents stock splashing. The pulper stator can be cleaned by washing water led directly onto the functional elements. The output branch of the pulped stock from output body and the stock discharge branch of the chest are chosen according to actual operating conditions. Unnecessary branches can be closed by blind flanges. The pulper chest is provided with a manhole for easy access to functional elements. The rotor driving shaft is roller-fitted in two bearing housings and runs up by means of an electric motor with V-belt drive. If required, this driving unit can be installed both on the left or right side, see pulper ground plan.
According to actual conditions the pulper can be completed with a chute and a sliding shower tube for keeping the broke in required direction.
Performances shown in the chart apply to dry broke under the reel and wet broke under presses.
All parts coming in contact with the stock are made of stainless steel. Pulper chest is made usually of stainless steel AISI 321, output body is made from stainless cast steel AISI 316 Ti and functional elements are made of stainless cast steel DIN 1.4027.
